Comeback Kid Day 5

Thursday March 6

So we finally made it to the west coast. Kicked it in seattle yesterday. Hung out with our old tour manager Kyle during the day. Our hotel had this awesome restaurant/ bar across the street called Hurricane. I think we ended up eating there 3 times. 2 breakfasts and one late night nacho fest. Kyle took Matt and Casey to the water. Puc and I went to the city area and I had to go to the Tmobile store and get pre paid sidekick credit ( and it still doesn’t work). Who knows what everyone else was up to. We played the show at El Corazon. Shook Ones opened up and that was really cool. Our set was pretty fun. Saw a few old faces that I hadn’t seen in awhile. Good to see some of the old Champion dudes. Chris has a new band called Poverty Bay Saints and he gave me a demo. After the show some seattle friends, CBK guys and Crime In Stereo went to some bar. It was a friends birthday, so that was cool. I got pretty juiced… Ended the night at that Hurricane place and ate a shit load of nachos. I hope I can attach some pictures to this diary. hopefully we get some good ones.

Now we’re in Portland waiting to get in the venue. We’ve played in this area a bunch before. After this show we’re doing another night drive to Sacramento… pretty psyched to get to California!
