We Are All Beasts LP

Another good pop punk release from our friends at Kiss Of Death. SRput together a nostalgic, moderate tempo, 90′s influenced punk rock record. The choruses are huge and every song could have quite easily been a chart topper in the 90′s jeans and t-shirt movement. When they are at their best the down stroking guitars and bass lock in with the driving of the drums in such away it makes me want to run around in circles and protest an abortion clinic. The backing vocals combine with the beautiful lead guitars to leave the lead vocals a wide open more raw approach. It was well thought out and well executed. The only thing keeping We Are All Beasts from being a great record as apposed to being a good record is the 90′s factor for me. There were a few moments in some of the songs (I refuse to say which, no matter what terrible names Scooter calls me, so I don’t put any preconceived thoughts in your easily influenced brains) that had some of that 90′s drawn out lull to it. I really liked the record as a whole and totally think all you folks who dig on some sounds of the 90′s should pick it up. You won’t be disappointed. (SS)
